We’re over the moon to share some wonderful news with our PLAYinCHOC® community! Our chocolate has been honoured with the Best Children's Product award at the prestigious 2024 Travel Retail Awards. Our products are completely free from common allergens—including gluten, soy, nuts, dairy, and sesame. We take this commitment seriously, and it’s part of the reason why we make our chocolates in a facility where our entire supply chain, factory, and machinery never handle these allergens. We use just three plant-based ingredients—cacao, coconut, and vanilla—delivering a delicious, creamy taste without compromise.

But quality isn’t just about the ingredients. It’s also about the care we put into each and every product. Every PLAYinCHOC® item is hand-packed, which allows us to give our treats that personal touch. Although rare, mistakes can occasionally happen—if you ever receive a product that isn’t up to our high standards, please let us know. A Commitment to Sustainability

Receiving the Best Children's Product award is a celebration not only of our chocolate but also of our sustainability efforts. We strive to make environmentally responsible choices in everything we do. All of our packaging is recycled, recyclable, biodegradable, or even home compostable. Our toys and boxes are made from FSC or PEFC certified materials that come with carbon offset certificates, and our chocolates are wrapped in home compostable film made from wood pulp and plant cellulose. Even the void filler that protects your PLAYinCHOC® during shipping is made from maize starch.

Our approach is rooted in reducing our environmental impact, while still delivering the fun, high-quality experience our customers expect.
